Rubin Galaxies collaboration meeting

This is meeting to prepare for the beginning of the LSST survey observations next year. We would like to have more interactions and updates to consolidate the survey preparation and start new collaborations.

The meeting is open to all members of the Rubin Galaxies collaboration. All members are invited to present their research and the connection with LSST.

To register, please click on the left column on 'Registration'. If you are participating  remotely, please just set the dates of the meeting as arrival and departure dates, and check No in the line 'In person'.

To submit an abstract for an oral presentation or a poster, please click on 'Abstract submission' on the left. Please just skip the file submission (go to the next page). Please do not forget to register first.

Registration deadline for in person attendance: April 30th 2023

Registration deadline for remote participation: May 31st

Abstract submission deadline: April 30th 2023

The meeting will be hybrid. A zoom link will be available to connect remotely. Unfortunately, we will not be able to record the presentations as planned, we will publish the slides if the speakers will agree.
We understand that some of you might not be able to participate because of the overlap with other meetings, and there will be sessions for our collaboration at the PCW in Tucson and at the LSST@Europe5.

People participating in person will be hosted by the Astroparticle & Cosmology laboratory (APC/IN2P3; apc.u-paris.fr). We will send more details on the room after the registration deadline.

The meeting presentations will be at 9AM-5PM CET. There will be some overlap with the DP0 Virtual Summer School that happens this same week and that will start every day at 4PM CET. However, we could not do otherwise, due to the time difference with the location of some of the speakers.
